The Olympus.io Virtual Appliance image is available in the Google, Amazon and Azure marketplaces. It is also available as a downloadable VMware OVA for ESX 6.0 and above. It can connect to existing SMB/CIFS or NFS filer as well as cloud file services from NetApp.
Desktop applications provide Windows and Mac desktop and laptop users with a native application that connects to the remote Olympus.io server and synchronizes selected folders to the local device. Users can specify which folders to keep synchronized to their devices to optimize storage.
The Olympus.io mobile app is a set of free applications available from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Once downloaded to the respective mobile device users can browse and download as well as upload files directly to their own private server.
All files remain on your servers and under your control at all time. All file transfer is conducted over TLS 1.2+ secure channels providing encryption-at-flight. End-user access is restricted both via SSO and via the Super Administrative portal.
