Olympus.io is provides pricing based on the number of unique corporate users. Guest users who are not members of the organizations SSO or Active Directory are not counted as users and can be unlimited in number. Corporate users can be limited based on Active Directory security groups to control costs.

Since all data resides on your own storage servers, if at any time you decide not to renew you will still have full access to your data. Discounts can be offered for multi-year and bulk users. Additional services for installation or cloud-based setup and hosting are also available.
