The Olympus.io mobile app is available for free from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Once installed, the user logs in with their SSO credentials and can browse, download and upload to the corporate file servers based on their corporate permissions.

Yes. Sharing of files and folders can be performed from directly within the mobile interface. this includes password-protected link sharing with link expiration dates. File links can be copied and pasted into emails, text messages, Whatsapp, Skype, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and other instant messaging platforms.

Yes! In fact the web interface can be securely accessed from any modern Smart TV browser such as those from LG, Samsung and Sony. This gives users the ability to run Powerpoint presentations directly from the Olympus.io web interface.

The mobile app can download any file-type to the local device’s filesystem for display. This includes support for Microsoft Office, image, video, pdfs, AutoCAD and any other file types.

All communications between the mobile app and the Olympus.io application server are done in TLS 1.2+ encryption to meet NIST and HIPAA regulations. Additionally all logins require 2 factor authentication. Finally, applications can be remotely disabled from the administrative console, or also via corporate mobile device management platforms.

Yes. The mobile device includes a “favorites” section where tagged files can be saved for offline viewing. This is especially useful for environments with spotty mobile connectivity
